Welcome to peepsaim. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Digital Products
Our products are digital scripts in the form of .gpc files designed for use with the Cronus Zen device. We transfer these scripts to your device using Anydesk.
2. Use of Services
2.1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2. Anydesk Transfer
By purchasing our products, you agree to allow us to transfer the .gpc file to your device using Anydesk. You must provide access to your device for this purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. Ownership
All digital products and content provided by peepsaim are the intellectual property of peepsaim. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal use only.
3.2. Restrictions: You agree not to
• Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our scripts.
• Share, distribute, or leak our scripts to any third party.
• Use our scripts for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from peepsaim.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Security Measures
During the Anydesk transfer, you agree to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the script and prevent any unauthorized access or copying.
4.2. Non-Disclosure
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of our scripts and not disclose any part of them to any third party.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
5.1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will only be granted under certain conditions. Please contact our support team to discuss any issues you may have with your purchase.
5.2. Exceptions
In the case of a defective script, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase for assistance.
6. Remote Desktop Software
We use a remote desktop software (AnyDesk) to safely and securely apply scripts to your device. By purchasing our products, you agree to this method of delivery.
7. Admin Availability
Admins are not available 24/7 to install scripts. Please be aware that there may be a wait time after your purchase before your script can be installed.
8. Admin Discretion
Admins reserve the right to withhold your script if it is believed that you are acting in bad faith or attempting to violate these Terms of Service.
9. Authorization and Agreement
By purchasing any script, you agree to our Terms of Service and declare that you are the authorized owner of the card used for the purchase.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. No Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. peepsaim does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of our scripts.
10.2. Liability Limitation
peepsaim will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
